Institute

The Stepstone Institute is the training arm of Stepstone Productions. The mission of the Institute is to create stories of hope by training the youth of today in the skills of tomorrow. Every year the Institute recruits and trains disadvantaged youth in the main areas of video production. Upon graduation, the Institute assists the graduates with finding employment within the media field. The Department of Labor has certified this program as a registered apprenticeship.

Tax Credits

The Institute has Missouri State tax credits available for anyone wishing to help support the Stepstone Institute program.

New Media Program

A new and emerging technical program which covers four important areas that tie into production and development. This program will consist in the technical education within the area of New Media, Design, Programming, Software and Usability/Accessibility.
